Our premium white wine is made with a single-vineyard Chardonnay, planted at altitude to achieve freshness and complexity and then fermented and aged in new French oak – sur lie – for texture and longevity. Fresh and vibrant when young, it can age for nearly two decades, developing a wonderful spectrum of flavours and aromas. The 2010 won a gold medal at the annual Chardonnay Du Monde awards.

Bottled in 1998 and made from 1934, 1936, 1941 and 1943 vintages, the Vieille Eau de Vie is a rare heritage brandy made by double-distilling fermented grape alcohol, aged in oak and chestnut casks. There are currently under 1,000 bottles left from the original distillation.
