Merwah is an ancient indigenous white grape, which is given profound expression by Lebanon’s formidable terroir. It had been used in winemaking and arak production for centuries. It offers intense citrus and white flowers with mineral note. Our organic grapes are grown on 60-year-old vines at altitude of 1,600 meters, an altitude that gives the palate freshness and flavours of tropical fruits with undertones of guava, lime and summer melon balanced with fresh acidity. Serve chilled.
