Obeidi
Obeidi is an ancient white grape variety that has been used for centuries in winemaking and arak production. It is also well known to the Jesuits, founders of Chateau Ksara in the 18th century, who played a pioneering role in the development of viticulture in the Bekaa Valley. This robust, slow-ripening, grape produces wines of great structure, combining freshness, aromatic finesse, and floral elegance.
