Our premium white wine is made with a single-vineyard Chardonnay, planted at altitude to achieve freshness and complexity and then fermented and aged in new French oak – sur lie – for texture and longevity. Fresh and vibrant when young, it can age for nearly two decades, developing a wonderful spectrum of flavours and aromas. The 2010 won a gold medal at the annual Chardonnay Du Monde awards.
Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah

Bordeaux-Rhone blend, created in 2000 to celebrate the beginning of the new century. Full-bodied, resonating with red and black fruit and liquorice. Listed in Neil Becket’s 1001 Wines You Must Try Before You Die, this sumptuous blend of Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot was created to celebrate the dawn of the new millennium and usher in an exciting era in Chateau Ksara’s rich and varied history as Lebanon’s oldest winery.
